The SRR Community was designed so that the unique SRR Lifestyle could be optimized, protected and enjoyed by all 20 residents. The spirit of the covenants was to ensure quality construction, pleasing optics and an environment conducive to good neighboring. Be a Good Neighbor and enjoy Good Neighbors!

The guidelines are not so restrictive that activities and uses that are associated with rural and ranch living are prohibited, but tastefully designed so that all residents love the quality experience within the SRR Community.

While following the spirit of these guidelines, we encourage each resident to build their dreams and then live their dreams! The Architectural Committee will oversee and enforce the covenants and will ultimately consist of SRR Residents.
